Refund & Cancellation

At Sangam Taknik, we strive to provide reliable digital solutions and support services. Our refund and cancellation guidelines are as follows:

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be considered if the purchased system module is not technically feasible or cannot be delivered as scheduled.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original transaction date.

Cancellation

• Orders or software requests may be canceled freely prior to the initiation of actual code development or wireframing.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back directly to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to the clearing cycles of our payment gateway partners.
